I have been taking pictures for 11 years now—since my dad bought me my first camera. I am a graduate from the Art Institute of Colorado, and I studied a bit in London, Paris, Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama, Aruba, and all over South America. I lived in Venezuela for two years and returned to the United States married to a Venezuelan. My favorite place in the world is the Barona Indian Reservation, which I will forever consider home. I am so grateful to God for making me a part of a such a beautiful land and tribe. And I publicly thank them for putting me through art school.
