Raised in Missoula, Montana, Sarah Vap currently lives in Phoenix with her love and their son. She teaches poetry in Phoenix public schools for the Young Writers Program at Arizona State University. In 2007, two of her collections of poems will be published: American Spikenard by University of Iowa Press, and Dummy Fire by Saturnalia Books.
