Born in Bogotá, Colombia and raised in Connecticut, I lived in New York City while attending Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University and Hofstra Law School. I received my MFA from California College of the Arts in San Francisco.

My poetry has been published in Watchword, 580 Split, and Switchback, as well as an interview in Eleven Eleven {1111}. I have been honored to read at the Bernal Yoga Literary Series, and La Lunada Literary Series as a featured performer, as well as a guest speaker at several California colleges.
